My Story
About me

I am a Mindfulness Coach and a trained Educator, formerly with Family life of South Africa (FAMSA). I have a background in psychology and I have extensive experience in assisting young learners . My company runs Life Skills workshops, and I specialise in the area of Mindfulness Coaching.

Being a loving mother and working with children has taught me how amazing and exciting their world can be. The seeds of humanity’s future can be found in our children. They have not yet blossomed into their full potential. I believe Mindfulness for learners at school is key to success, a tenet I live out through meditation and Pilates. Well-being is essential for learning. With Mindfulness learners are more focused and engaged , and it offers a life long tool into adulthood.

I am the eternal student, eager to both, build on academic foundations in psychology and mindful living and stay in tune with children’s needs.

Responding immediately is attractive because it’s very rare even though it seems so obvious. It’s so rare because most people procrastinate. In fact, you may need to upgrade systems, streamline, automate and change your whole manner of responding to people and tasks in order to provide an immediate response.
