My Story
About me

As a Wellness Coach and former Educator at Family Life of South Africa (FAMSA), I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my work. With a background in psychology and extensive experience in supporting young learners, my company runs Life Skills workshops with a focus on Mindfulness Coaching.

As a mother, I have come to appreciate the beauty and wonder of childhood and understand the importance of nurturing our children's growth. I firmly believe that mindfulness practices are key to unlocking their full potential and fostering a lifelong love of learning. Children have always been at the forefront of my work and I believe in nurturing their potential through a holistic approach. Through my own practice of meditation and Pilates, I strive to demonstrate the impact of well-being on academic success.

Continuously learning and growing, I am passionate about building on my academic foundations in psychology and mindfulness to better serve the evolving needs of our youth."
