Make yourself comfortable, relax your toes, relax your feet, your ankles, relax your calf muscles, the muscles on your face, your neck, your chest, right down to your toes. Feel your entire physical body relaxing. Let go of all the tension of your shoulder blades, your upper arms. your palms and fingers. Feel your physical body relaxing. Allow your breathing to flow as you totally relax and let go. Let’s take a few minutes to give ourselves the energy of connection that is within us. Take this opportunity to simply connect with your breath. inhale, fill your lungs with oxygen and exhale, see all the toxins leave your body. let go of any heavy energy that is weighing you down right now. Just let it go as you take another deep breath in, and exhale. Give yourself permission to find grounding, to find stillness, and to find this connection with your heart. Letting go of any worries or stress in this moment. Simply giving yourself the permission to enjoy stillness and awareness in this peaceful and blissful presence. Inhale and exhale, breathe out any negativity and fear you may have. Inhale and exhale. Let yourself go and only pay attention to the sensation within your body as you inhale and exhale. Feel the energy of your breath entering every cell of your body. Feeling that you are radiant light. Feel the corners of your breath and the warmth as you exhale. See pain and fear moving out of your inner being, away from your body and your heart, disappearing and evaporating. Inhale and exhale. Feel yourself grounded, let go. When you are ready you can open your eyes.
